ChemDB has moved!
As of October 2025, ChemDB data will be accessible through PubChem. For more information, please visit the NIAID ChemDB datasource in PubChem.
The National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) ChemDB HIV, Opportunistic Infection, and Tuberculosis Therapeutics Database contains information extracted from public scientific literature and from research studies supported by NIAID. The database includes the structures and activity of more than 311,000 compounds tested against HIV, HIV enzymes, and opportunistic pathogens including Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
NIAID ChemDB data cannot be sold and is only to be used for research purposes. For questions regarding NIAID’s ChemDB database please contact NIAID_ChemDB@mail.nih.gov.
